Refund Policy

How payments and refunds work for AI Astrologer — on iOS and Android.

In short

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made in the AI Astrologer app, operated by Nextwave Infotech (“we”, “us”, “our”). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.

1 How purchases are processed

All purchases in AI Astrologer — subscriptions and XP packs — are sold and processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. We do not collect or process your payment directly, and we do not store your card details. Because payment is handled by the app stores, refunds are governed by the store’s refund policy, and the final decision on any refund rests with Apple or Google.

2 Subscriptions

AI Astrologer offers auto-renewing subscriptions (such as weekly and monthly premium plans). Please note:

3 XP packs (one-time purchases)

XP packs are consumable digital goods that are delivered to your account immediately upon purchase. Once XP has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or granted by Apple or Google under their store policies.

Because XP is credited instantly and can be spent right away, we are unable to reverse or refund it from our side. If you believe you were charged in error, see Section 4.

4 How to request a refund

Since Apple and Google process all payments, refund requests must be made through the relevant store:

Apple App Store (iOS)

Google Play (Android)

Approval, timing, and eligibility of store refunds are determined by Apple and Google, not by us.

5 Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel anytime to avoid future charges. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the current paid period.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your store account as above.

6 Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory refund or consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country. Where such rights apply, they operate in addition to the store refund processes described above.

7 Billing problems & support

If you were charged in error, charged more than once, or experienced a technical problem with a purchase, please contact us at support@nextwaveinfotech.com. Include the store you purchased from (Apple or Google), the purchase date, and your order/receipt details. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will help where we can — however, because the payment is processed by the store, any monetary refund is issued at the discretion of Apple or Google.
